Bundoran Physiotherapy is located two doors down from Cara Pharmacy on the Sligo side of town. On the ground floor you will see a barber’s and a vape shop. Between these is an alleyway, and inside the alleyway are the glass doors that lead into the building.
On the first floor you’ll find Blown Away Hairdressers and a tattoo studio. There is also seating available on this floor if you have mobility issues or would prefer to rest before continuing upstairs. The stairs throughout the building are wide and have a secure handrail.
Our clinic is on the second floor, where there is a waiting area if we are with another client.
There is free parking at the rear of the building, which can also be accessed through the alleyway. To reach the free car park:

- Turn off the roundabout beside the doctor’s surgery near Lidl,
- Continue towards the library and the back of Cara Pharmacy,
- Turn left into the long gravel car park.
